Regulations of mass media representatives’ accreditation

1. General regulations

Regulations of accreditation rules for journalists of mass media editorial staff (further mass media) in the Press-center of the Exhibition Center "KrasnodarEXPO" (further Press-center) was elaborated according to the Law of Russian Federation "About mass media" with a view to provide openness of Exhibition Center "KrasnodarEXPO" work, to improve cooperation with mass media.

2. Only the officially registered mass media have a right for journalists’ accreditation in Press-center,
as well as foreign mass media, which were accredited in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

3. Order of accreditation

3.1. Accreditation of mass media journalists is conducted in the Press-center of the Exhibition center "KrasnodarEXPO" (pav. N1, 2) in the following terms:

• 1 day before exhibition start from 10.00 till 17.00;
• 1^st day of exhibition from 10.00 till 17.00;
• 2^nd day of exhibition from 10.00 till 17.00;
• 3^rd day of exhibition from 10.00 till 17.00

3.2. Accreditation in the Press-center of Exhibition Center "KrasnodarEXPO" is conducted on presentation of editorial certificate or a letter from editorial office. For accreditation, you must mention:

• Full name of mass media, circulation, periodicity, editorial office address, distribution region, post and e-mail address, phone and fax numbers of editorial office;
• Full name of the journalist, represented for accreditation

3.3. Accreditation of mass media representatives is also conducted by telephone. Dial the following phone numbers:(861) 255-90-07, ,251-11-03;, E-mail: vetoshkin@krasnodarexpo.ru, krexpo_press@bk.ru.

4. Badge "PRESS"

4.1. The badge "PRESS" is given on presentation of editorial certificate on the place of registration.

4.2. The badge gives a right for free enter into exhibition pavilions during all days of the exhibition. Entrance for mass media representatives to exhibition pavilions is with badges "PRESS" only.

4.3. Journalist is responsible for the badge from the moment of its receiving.

5. Main directions of work with accredited journalists

5.1. Journalists accredited in the Press-center get all necessary conditions for professional work at efficient coverage of exhibition process:

• Preliminary information about date, time and place of business events and exhibition;
• Seats in the halls for business events (except "closed" meetings), i.e. briefings, press conferences;
• All necessary informational materials;
• Assistance in arranging individual meetings and talks with Exhibition Center "KrasnodarEXPO" stuff, guests and participants of the exhibition.

5.2. Accreditation cannot guarantee the journalists that they will be invited to the business events during the visits of officials. Order of special journalists’ registration in the case of Russian or foreign officials’ presence is determined according to the Law of Russian Federation "About mass media", and according to the demands of services, responsible for preparation and conducting of this event.

6. Rights of accredited journalists

6.1. Accredited journalists have the right to:

• Get beforehand information about the future meetings, conferences and other events;
• Get acquainted with I&R materials (in case of publishing the obtained information, the reference on press center of Exhibition Center "KrasnodarEXPO" is obligatory);
• Be present during open business events in conference halls or in specially conditioned rooms, except the cases described in the paragraph 5.2 of these regulations; Be present during open business events in conference halls or in specially conditioned rooms, except the cases described in the paragraph 5.2 of these regulations;
• Use technical equipment, necessary for conducting audio, video filming and sound recording;
• Visit briefings, press conferences, other events specially organized for mass media representatives;
• Park the editorial automobile transport on the parking place for the press representatives, having beforehand received the auto pass in Press center.

7. Duties of accredited journalists

7.1. Journalists, accredited in Press center are obliged:

• Not to interfere in the course of event, where they are present (if it is not arranged specially for press);
• To follow the rules, determined for special events;
• To follow the special rules of organization and conducting personal meetings and talks with Exhibition Center "KrasnodarEXPO" directors, guests and participants;
• To use the name of exhibition and Exhibition Center "KrasnodarEXPO" in the articles, reports, items, covering the work of exhibition and in advertising articles and items for exhibition participants.

8. Termination of accreditation.

8.1. Reasons for termination of accreditation are as follows:

• Journalist’s discharge from editorial office;
• Termination of the mass media, represented by the journalist.

9. Deprivation of accreditation.

9.1. Journalist can be deprived of accreditation in the following cases:

• In case of interfering in the course of the event, where the journalist was invited;
• In case of repeated violation of this regulations;
• In case of spreading information, contrary to fact and defaming honor and dignity of the company and Exhibition Center "KrasnodarEXPO" stuff.

9.2. 9.3. Rejection of registration, deprivation of registration and violation of accredited journalist’s rights can be appealed in court according to the existing legislation.
